How to I cancel the product that i've purchased?
You can cancel the product anytime, provided that the purchased products haven't been successfully shipped.
How do I return an item?
You are given 2 return options:
1. Return via Postal Service
2. Return in our Physical Store
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Following conditions must be met:
- The product is in its orginial state and packaging.
- Apparel has the original tags attached.
- Footwear is in the original shoe box.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to to track your order via the online tracker.
How can I contact your couriers?
The courier's contract number will be sent through email once the product has been completely shipped.
